2002 ford taurus- windshield wiper fluid not working?

My washer fluid seems to be frozen. When I turn it on the wipers go on but no fluid comes out. The wiper fluid is full. I think the last time I had my oil changed they toped it off with just water or very deluited wiper fluid. How can I get the ice out and then drain the fluid? It works when the temp is above freezing, however here in NH it's mostly below that all winter and I can't go without it.

add some ant-freeze to it.2002 ford taurus- windshield wiper fluid not working?
the fluid itself is frozen? I'd find that hard to believe. You're talking about the fluid nozzles right?

just pour a bit of hot water on the nozzles and you will be right as rain.2002 ford taurus- windshield wiper fluid not working?
have someone(with hood open)and engine off, listen by the washer bottle, when you turn on washers.if it is running, find where the washer hose comes out of the bottle, unplug and try again .if it squirts, the blockage may be at the nozzles that are either on the hood or attached to the blades.if its a block of ice, thaw it out(if you can get to it...maybe a hair dryer.good luck..2002 ford taurus- windshield wiper fluid not working?
Bring the car indoors until it thaws, squirt the rest of the water out, fill it with the right stuff, and then smack yourself and say %26quot;Never do that again%26quot;.2002 ford taurus- windshield wiper fluid not working?
Don't put antifreeze in it, the simplest way would be to bring it indoors or just drive it and it will thaw itself out with the heat of the engine, after that just add the correct fluid.

While it is thawing out just disconnect the small rubber line that goes to the bottle so that it will drain quicker.

Good Luck
